Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 8 oz low-fat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Place cooked chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Fold in the sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
  3. Spread the stuffing mix on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Dot the top with butter or margarine.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until heated through and golden.
