Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 2/3 cups corn
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup sifted flour
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the beaten egg whites until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites into the mixture.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a hot, greased pan.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides, then serve.
