Ingredients

  • 8 cups grapes
  • 4 cups sugar
  • boiling water

Instructions

  1. Clean and scald 4 1/2 gallon canning jars.
  2. Put 2 cups of clean grapes in each jar.
  3. Add 1 cup of sugar per jar.
  4. Fill the jars with boiling water.
  5. Adjust the lids on the jars.
  6. Process the jars in a water bath for 30 minutes.
  7. Best if not used for at least 3 to 4 months.
