Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Grease and flour a 15 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix molasses, oil, water, milk, eggs, vanilla and sugar together.
- Add raisins, if desired. Gradually add dry ingredients.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
