- Add vinegar to the whipping cream and stir well.
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl without using a mixer.
- Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours or overnight.
- Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured board into a pencil-thin strip, about a tablespoon of dough each.
- Shape each strip into a figure eight.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375°F for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool, then freeze if desired.
- Serve with butter.
