Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  3. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites.
  4. Gradually beat in 1/2 cup sugar until whites form stiff peaks.
  5. In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, water, and sifted dry ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
  6. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites until well combined.
