Ingredients

  • 6 or 8 apples, sliced or quartered
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 large (10 count) can biscuits

Instructions

  1. Place apples, butter, milk, sugar, and cinnamon into a large pot.
  2. Cover with cold water.
  3. Cook at a slow boil until apples are done, then turn up heat to medium, stirring often.
  4. Tear biscuits into pieces and drop them into the boiling mixture.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir often.
  6. Cook until biscuits are done.
