Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 egg
  • cooking oil
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, onion and egg.
  2. Shape into patties and fry in a little oil until brown.
  3. Drain on paper towel.
