Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew beef
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 can green peas
  • 5 or more potatoes, cut up
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water

Instructions

  1. Place the first 6 ingredients in crock-pot.
  2. Combine the soup and water.
  3. Pour over ingredients.
  4. Cook in crock-pot all day. Usually start pot on high, then reduce to low all day.
