Ingredients

  • 2 large cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 day old bread, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cook the stewed tomatoes until they will easily break apart with a fork. Break or mash the tomatoes and bread until thickened.
  2. Let the mixture simmer, then add honey.
  3. Continue to simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly.
  4. Don't thicken too much; aim for a medium thickness.
