Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can small green peas
  • 1 jar diced pimentos
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, sugar, oil, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Pour the dressing over the drained green beans, peas, pimentos, diced green pepper, chopped celery, and diced onion.
  3. Stir well to combine and let set overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
