Ingredients
- 2 cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained ⓘ
- 1 red pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can whole green chili peppers, chopped and drained ⓘ
- 1/2 cup bottled salsa ⓘ
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic ⓘ
- a few dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce
- tortilla chips or large corn chips ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 24 hours.
