Ingredients

  • 2 cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can whole green chili peppers, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 cup bottled salsa
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • a few dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce
  • tortilla chips or large corn chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 24 hours.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or large corn chips for dipping.
