Ingredients

  • 2 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. mint
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 to 3 oz. crumbled Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, mint, basil, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic well in a bowl.
  2. Add crumbled Feta cheese to the mixture and stir gently.
