  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
  • 2 stalks celery, cut
  • 1 onion, cut
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a casserole dish.
  2. Cover and bake at 250°F (120°C) for 4 hours.
  3. You may use consommé if you omit sugar and tomato juice.
