Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1/2 cup milk ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken ⓘ
- 2 (9 oz. each) packages frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained ⓘ
- 1 1/3 cup (1 lb. can) chop suey vegetables, drained ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Pound them fairly flat.
- Spread cream of mushroom soup, milk, and salt evenly in a baking dish.
- Add cooked, chopped chicken on top of the soup mixture.
- Layer thawed and drained green beans over the chicken.
- Add drained chop suey vegetables over the green beans.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle chopped onion over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
- Just before serving, top with French fried onions.
