Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 2 (9 oz. each) packages frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/3 cup (1 lb. can) chop suey vegetables, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Pound them fairly flat.
  3. Spread cream of mushroom soup, milk, and salt evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Add cooked, chopped chicken on top of the soup mixture.
  5. Layer thawed and drained green beans over the chicken.
  6. Add drained chop suey vegetables over the green beans.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the vegetables.
  8. Sprinkle chopped onion over the cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
  10. Just before serving, top with French fried onions.
