Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can drained pinto beans
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles
  • 1/2 c. water
  • onion salt

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the pork chops with flour and brown in oil.
  2. Add the crushed tomatoes, drained pinto beans, diced green chiles, water, onion salt, and garlic salt.
  3. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until flavors meld and pork is cooked through.
  4. Serve with tortillas or pour over burritos and top with cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
