Green Chili Bites

Creamy, cheesy green chili bites with a mild kick, perfect as an appetizer or snack for cheese lovers and those who enjoy spicy flavors.

Ingredients

  • 6 extra large eggs
  • 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers (mild)
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slightly beat the eggs and pour onto a greased 13 x 9 inch cookie sheet.
  3. Sprinkle grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the beaten eggs.
  4. Add chopped green chilies and sliced jalapeno peppers on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Remove from oven, cut into squares, and serve warm.
