Ingredients

  • 4 slices pork steak
  • 3 lb hamburger
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 can jalapenos
  • minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Saute pork steak slices; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Brown hamburger; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put Ro-Tel and tomatoes in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
  4. Cut jalapenos into small pieces.
  5. Combine all ingredients into a large soup pot, add 1/2 jar of minced garlic, and cook (simmer) for about 1 hour.
