Ingredients

  • 1 bag corn chips
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can salsa
  • 1 medium bag Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can black olives
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Crumble the corn chips in the bottom of a pan.
  2. Add the refried beans, cooked and drained ground beef, salsa, black olives, and Monterey Jack cheese to the pan.
  3. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. After baking, top with sour cream before serving.
