Green Gram's Cake

- Soak rice & green grams in water for 2 hours.After that drain them.
- In a mixer,add water,green grams & rice.Grind them to form the Paste.
- Mix the shredded coconut,raisins,cashewnuts,sugar & salt in the paste.
- Put 5 spoon of oil in the pressure cooker(do not put its whistle) & then spread the 3-4 cup of paste inside it.Cover the cooker for15 min.
- Take the cake out of cooker after 15 minutes(u'll get a beautiful aroma when the cake is cooked).The lower portion of the cake must be brown in colour.Cut it to pieces & serve hot.
