- Grind soybeans with the saved water until smooth.

- Stir in onion powder (or chopped onion), soy sauce, oil, and Italian seasoning.
- Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of the mixture into an oiled skillet.
- Cover and cook on moderate heat until browned on both sides.
