Ingredients

  • 2 onions, sliced thin
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • dash of oregano
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté sliced onions, green pepper strips, and crushed garlic in hot olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Cover and steam over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook a few minutes longer until tender.
