Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 10 oz. fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1/4 c. broth
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Steam the fresh spinach until just wilted or the frozen until warm.
  2. Put spinach and its liquid into a blender.
  3. Add warm broth and liquify.
  4. Stir cheese and milk into the spinach puree.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti with butter, then with the green sauce.
