Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 pkg. cornbread mix
  • 2 c. chopped green tomatoes, cooked until tender and cooled
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and bake in large baking pan.
