Ingredients

  • 12 thick slices tomato
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 c. plain bread crumbs
  • 6 chopped green onions
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted oleo
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Mix spinach with remaining ingredients, except tomatoes.
  2. Pile mixture on top of tomato slices.
  3. Place on buttered baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
