Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 can Niblets corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix eggs, drained Niblets corn, creamed corn, and sour cream in a bowl.
  3. Add the Jiffy cornbread mix and melted butter to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
