Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Muenster cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, then add milk and dry ingredients (flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning).
  2. Mix in 2/3 of the grated Muenster cheese and the sliced pepperoni.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased pie plate and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 2 minutes at 425°F.
