Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
  • 1 large box chocolate sugar-free instant pudding
  • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
  • 4 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp concentrated orange juice
  • 1 packet Equal
  • 4 oz Cool Whip Lite
  • cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 1/2 cups milk into a medium bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix and whisk until blended; the mixture will thicken quickly.
  3. Pour the pudding into the prepared graham cracker crust while still thin, spreading evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat fat-free cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add concentrated orange juice and Equal to the cream cheese, mixing well.
  6. Fold in Cool Whip Lite until combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pudding layer in the crust.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder with 1 packet Equal on top.
  9. Refrigerate the pie until set, about 2 hours before serving.
