Grilled Corned Beef

- In stock pot, place corned beef, bay leaves, chilies, cinnamon sticks, peppercorns, garlic and onion and cover with water.
- Boil for 4 to 5 hours.
- Combine remaining ingredients and set aside. When corned beef is removed from pot and still hot, rub remaining ingredient mixture all over.
- Place on grill and cook until crunchy, about 5 to 10 minutes.
