Ingredients

  • 1 can pear halves, drained
  • 1 can peach halves, drained
  • 1 small can sliced pineapple, drained and cut in half
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut in pieces
  • 4 teaspoons mild curry powder

Instructions

  1. On double-thick foil, mix all ingredients.
  2. Wrap in foil and place on grill for 15 minutes.
  3. Just before serving, stir the fruit well.
