Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 ducks
  • bacon
  • 1 can consomme soup
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • Zesty Italian oil dressing
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked

Instructions

  1. Marinate duck breasts in Zesty Italian dressing for approximately 6 hours.
  2. Rinse the ducks and wrap them with raw bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  3. Grill the bacon-wrapped ducks until cooked through.
  4. Prepare the rice mixture by mixing the uncooked rice with consomme, mushrooms, and melted margarine.
  5. Bake the rice mixture at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve the grilled duck breasts with the baked rice.
