Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) squeeze bottle pizza sauce
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) package sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (8 oz.) package shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 cups of biscuit mix and water, stirring to make a soft dough.
  2. Turn out onto a surface dusted with remaining biscuit mix; roll dough to coat and shape into a ball, kneading gently five times.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions; pat each portion into a 5-inch circle.
  4. Cover grill rack with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place circles on foil; cook over medium-hot (350° to 400°) for 8 minutes.
  5. Turn over; top with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese.
  6. Cover with foil coated with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are brown and cheese melts.
