Instructions
- Roll out each loaf of Italian white bread dough on a jelly sheet.
- Skim oil from the pesto sauce and discard.
- Spread pesto sauce on the dough, leaving an edge without pesto, not too much.
- Add salami slices on top of the pesto.
- Place sliced mozzarella on top of the salami.
- Optionally, add thin sliced onion rings and tomato slices.
- Roll up the dough like a jelly roll.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy.
