Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup figs
  • 2/3 cup dates
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Grind together raisins, figs, and dates.
  2. Add lemon juice to the graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
  3. Take one rounded teaspoonful of the fruit mixture and roll it into a ball.
  4. Roll the ball in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  5. Store the finished snacks in an airtight container.
