Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • grated lemon peel
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 c. finely ground almonds*
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1-l/2 t. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Cream together sugar, eggs, finely grated lemon peel and salt. Incorporate cream, almonds, cream and baking powder. Pour into a well-greased and floured 12" loaf pan and back at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
