Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup homemade bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Mix ground buffalo meat, beaten egg white, homemade bread crumbs, and ketchup together well.
  2. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and spray with nonstick spray on a broiling pan.
  3. Place the meat loaf on the broiling pan and brush the top with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 1 hour until cooked through.
