Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground deer meat
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pack firmly into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  4. Let stand about 5 minutes before slicing.
