Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen corn (20 oz. size)
  • 8 oz. whipping cream (half and half)
  • 8 oz. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Accent (optional)
  • 6 tsp. sugar
  • white or cayenne pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Blend butter and flour, then add to corn.
  3. Mix well, then pour in baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle top with Parmesan, cayenne, parsley, etc.; and bake for a few minutes (just until the top browns around edges).
