- Mix ground beef, egg, chopped cabbage, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper well.
- Take about 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture and place it in the center of a wonton wrap.
- Wet all sides of the wonton wrap with water using your fingers.
- Fold the wrap into a triangle, pressing all sides down firmly to seal, and flatten the meat slightly.
