Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 package wonton wraps
  • water

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, egg, chopped cabbage, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper well.
  2. Take about 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture and place it in the center of a wonton wrap.
  3. Wet all sides of the wonton wrap with water using your fingers.
  4. Fold the wrap into a triangle, pressing all sides down firmly to seal, and flatten the meat slightly.
