Ingredients

  • 16 oz. ham steak, cut into four serving-size pieces
  • 16 oz. can peach slices, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ham on both sides.
  2. Arrange peach slices around the edges of the ham and dot with margarine or butter.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the ham and peaches.
  4. Turn the ham and peach slices to glaze them.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook until thoroughly heated.
