Ham & Bean Crock-Pot Throw

Ingredients

  • 3 12 cups diced ham
  • 1 12 cups dry pinto beans
  • 1 12 cups baby carrots, cut in half
  • 34 cup sweet corn
  • 12 cup cut green beans
  • 12 cup diced white onion
  • 14 diced green onion
  • oregano
  • garlic powder
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. sort and rinse pinto beans (or any other dry beans).
  2. dice green & white onions.
  3. chop ham.
  4. cut baby carrots.
  5. add all of the above to crockpot.
  6. drain and add corn.
  7. add green beans with juice.
  8. add seasonings.
  9. set on high for 4-6 hours.
