Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. fully cooked center-cut ham slice
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup orange juice or 1/4 cup orange juice plus 2 tablespoons rum
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Trim fat from the ham and slash edges at 1-inch intervals.
  2. Place the ham on a rack in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 minutes.
