Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
  • small package frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups cubed ham

Instructions

  1. Have all ingredients ready before starting.
  2. Heat a skillet or wok over high heat for 30 seconds.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon oil; fry eggs until very moist film appears; remove and set aside.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons oil; stir-fry cooked rice 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add thawed peas; stir until warm.
  6. Add ham and chopped green onions; stir until warm.
  7. Add eggs; stir until all ingredients are warmed and well mixed, then serve.
