Ingredients

  • 7 oz. box shell macaroni
  • 2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss cooked and drained shell macaroni with cubed ham, chopped green pepper, chopped tomato, and chopped onion.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, and salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and chill the salad for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
