Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 2 medium potatoes cooked and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Make a thin white sauce using the margarine, flour, and milk.
  2. In a slightly greased 2-quart casserole, layer potatoes, ham, and cheese in that order.
  3. Pour the white sauce over the layered ingredients.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
