Ingredients

  • 1 package boiled ham
  • asparagus
  • cream cheese
  • 1 onion
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Parboil the asparagus until crisp-tender, then remove from heat and cool.
  2. Cut the boiled ham into halves or thirds.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly on each piece of ham.
  4. Place cooled asparagus on top of the cream cheese on each ham piece.
  5. Roll up the ham around the asparagus and cream cheese to form a neat bundle.
