Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. ham drippings
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. dark raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend cornstarch, dry mustard, and salt into the ham drippings.
  2. Add water, brown sugar, and raisins to the mixture.
  3. Cook and stir until the mixture is clear and slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice.
