Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (14 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and drain the grease.
  2. Peel, cut, and boil the potatoes.
  3. Mash the potatoes.
  4. Add butter and milk to the mashed potatoes and set aside.
  5. Drain the green beans.
  6. Combine the tomato soup, green beans, and browned hamburger in a greased baking dish.
  7. Layer the mashed potatoes on top of the hamburger mixture.
  8. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
