Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese
  • 1 slice ham

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pineapple with juice and brown sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer the mixture for about 15 minutes over low heat.
  3. Add blue cheese to the pineapple mixture and remove from heat immediately.
  4. Stir to mix and dissolve the blue cheese.
  5. Fry the ham slice just enough to heat thoroughly.
  6. Spread the pineapple and blue cheese mixture on top of the heated ham slice and serve.
