Ingredients

  • 10 pork chops, cut into chunks
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 peppers

Instructions

  1. Dip tomatoes and peppers into a pan of very hot grease until the skins burn loose; then remove peels and mash tomatoes and peppers.
  2. Brown the pork chops in about 2 tablespoons of grease.
  3. Add the mashed tomatoes and peppers to the browned pork chops and mix thoroughly.
  4. Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Add seasonings to taste, including salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and chili powder.
